We are licensed, insured, and bonded. We service Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country. Whether you require a qualified Care-Aide, homemaker or housekeeper, they all go through a screening process and all have criminal record checks done routinely to ensure the safety and well-being of all our clients. We accommodate whatever times you need- from 24 hrs per day to 15-minute medication reminders. No matter your needs, we are here to help.
Coronavirus Protocol
These are unsettling times for all. We have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s health and safety. All our staff regularly pre-screen and monitor themselves for fever, cough and just feeling unwell. They cannot work if any of the above apply.
All staff is supplied with masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves for your safety and theirs. We can supply a mask for all clients who need them as well.
Prevention Protocols
Steps to protecting yourself and others during the Coronavirus pandemic:
- Wash your hands often with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid touching your face, and if you are wearing a mask while out, try to avoid touching that as well.
- Social distancing: stay 6 feet away from others, and if you are going to be near others, wear a mask.
- Avoid contact with people who are sick.
- Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze.
- Stay home as much as possible, go out only when necessary.
- Stay home if you are sick.
- Clean and disinfect commonly touched areas.

- We can help facilitate your needs with health care professionals, such as Interior Health, your doctor, or whomever you would like us to.
- If and when you are ready to downsize to a new home, we can assist with that as well.
- In situations where family members are not close by, we are happy to report monthly on how well you are doing, just to lessen their worry.
- We document all care for your convenience and reference.
